Product Description
Human Transforming Growth Factor-Beta 1 (TGF-β1) is a cytokine belonging to the transforming growth factor beta superfamily. It plays a critical role in cell growth, differentiation, and apoptosis. TGF-β1 is a homodimer protein with a molecular weight of approximately 25 kDa. It is involved in various physiological processes, including tissue repair, immune response regulation, and embryonic development. Studies have shown that dysregulation of TGF-β1 signaling is associated with various diseases, such as cancer and fibrosis.
