Return Policy
Return of Damaged or Defective Products: Customers may request to return products that are damaged or defective upon delivery. To initiate a return, the purchaser must contact Spectrum BioSource's Customer Service within 10 business days from the date of receiving the products to request a Product Return Authorization ("Return Authorization"). Spectrum BioSource will not accept returns or issue credits without a valid Return Authorization. Products must be returned within thirty (30) calendar days of receiving a Return Authorization and must be in their original containers with the original labels. Upon receiving products with a valid Return Authorization, a credit for the original purchase price, minus any applicable Returned Products Charge, will be issued.
Non-Delivery or Receipt of Incorrect Products: Non-delivery must be reported to Spectrum BioSource within fourteen (14) calendar days of the invoice date. Receipt of incorrect products must be reported within ten (10) business days from the day the purchaser received the products. If an error by Spectrum BioSource results in non-delivery or the shipment of incorrect products, Spectrum BioSource will, at its sole discretion, either ship the correct products at no charge or credit the purchaser's account for the original purchase price of the products that were not shipped or were shipped in error, plus shipping charges.
Purchaser-Induced Shipment Errors: If an error by the purchaser results in the shipment of incorrect products and is reported to Spectrum BioSource within ten (10) business days from the day of receiving the products, the purchaser may request a Return Authorization. If Spectrum BioSource determines that the product cannot be safely returned, Spectrum BioSource may, at its discretion, refuse to issue a Return Authorization or credit. Products must be returned within thirty (30) calendar days of receiving a Return Authorization, in their original containers with the original labels, and must be unaltered in form and content. Upon Spectrum BioSource's receipt of such products, the purchaser will receive a credit for the original purchase price, less applicable Returned Products Charges.
Exceptions:
- Custom orders are ineligible for cancellation or return.
- Claims for loss or damage during transit must be made to the carrier and not to Spectrum BioSource.
- Discrepancies with items ordered through a Spectrum BioSource distributor must be handled directly with the distributor.
