CCL6 is a small cytokine in rodents, primarily expressed in cells from neutrophil and macrophage lineages, especially in bone marrow cultures stimulated with GM-CSF. It is also found in certain myeloid cell lines, but less so in activated T cell lines. Interleukin 13 can induce CCL6 expression in the mouse lung. CCL6 gene is located on chromosome 11 and its receptor is believed to be CCR1.

Storage Instruction

Lyophilized C-10 although stable at room temperature for 3 weeks, should be stored desiccated below -18C. Upon reconstitution C-10 should be stored at 4C between 2-7 days and for future use below -18C.For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA).Please prevent freeze-thaw cycles.

Sample Prep Instruction

It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized C-10 in sterile 18M-cm H₂O not less than 100µg/ml, which can then be further diluted to other aqueous solutions.
