PSME1

Alternative Names: AMH, Anti-Muellerian hormone, MIS, Muellerian-inhibiting substance, MIF

Anti-Mullerian Hormone (AMH) is a glycoprotein produced by Sertoli cells in the testis. It belongs to the TGF-beta family and induces the regression of the Muellerian duct. Additionally, AMH suppresses the growth of tumors originating from Muellerian duct tissues. Furthermore, AMH has roles in Leydig cell differentiation and function, as well as follicular development in adult females.

Product Description

Recombinant Human Proteasome Activator Subunit 1 is a protein that plays a significant role in the activation of the proteasome, a cellular complex responsible for protein degradation. Belonging to the family of proteasome activator subunits, this protein assists in the recognition and unfolding of target proteins before their degradation. With a molecular weight of approximately X kilodaltons, Recombinant Human Proteasome Activator Subunit 1 is involved in maintaining cellular homeostasis and regulating various cellular processes through its interaction with the proteasome complex.

Storage Instruction

Store lyophilized protein at -20° C. Aliquot the product after reconstitution to avoid repeated freezing/thawing cycles. Reconstituted protein can be stored at 4° C for a limited period of time; it does not show any change after two weeks at 4° C.

Sample Prep Instruction

It is recommended to add deionized water to prepare a working stock solution of approximately 0.5mg/ml and let the lyophilized pellet dissolve completely.
