Product Description
Human Enolase-2, also known as ENO2, is a member of the enolase family of enzymes. It is a glycolytic enzyme that plays a key role in catalyzing the conversion of 2-phosphoglycerate to phosphoenolpyruvate in the glycolytic pathway. ENO2 is a protein with a molecular weight of approximately 48 kDa. This enzyme is highly expressed in neurons and neuroendocrine cells, where it contributes to energy production and cell survival.
